We have a team of jewelry designers & flexible production line that will work with you to make your jewelry – whether you already know what you want, have a sample item, have a few general ideas, or really don’t know where to start.<\/p>

We also know just how uncomfortable it can be to create your jewelry online when you don’t know a lot about it. There’s an overwhelming amount of information about metals,electroplates, stones, design styles, and more! To help bridge that gap, we strive to offer the best customer service. There are often many “right” options, so our job is to help you understand all the trade-offs so that you can make a well informed decision. We’ve done our job right when we help you find the best materials, options, and details for your budget.<\/p>

Typically, your custom piece will be in your hands 15-20 days after we’ve finalized your design. However, because each project is different, the time it takes to complete your project may vary. Here’s a rough breakdown of how long each part of our process takes:<\/p>

Design:<\/strong> As long as it takes for you to tell us it’s perfect<\/p>

When it comes to creating your design, we’ll work at your pace. Some customers only need to exchange a few messages with us – we’ll often be ready to make their piece within a 15 days<\/p>

Sample Item:<\/strong> Approximately 7-15 days<\/p>

Once you’ve approved a design, we’ll make first sample item, finishing all the details by hand. When it’s ready, we’ll send you photographs of your finished piece so you can give us your seal of approval before we ship it to you.<\/p>

Bulk Production:<\/strong> Approximately 2 \u2013 6 \u00a0weeks<\/p>

Once you’ve feel okay that our sample item, we’ll bulk manufacture your piece.<\/p>

Shipping:<\/strong> 3-5 days<\/p>

We ship international packages via DHL or Fedex, one of the fastest services available. Depending on location, international shipments can sometimes be delayed by local customs for inspection, which can extend the delivery time.<\/p><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The easiest way to figure out how much your piece will cost is to start a consultation with us and let us know what you’re looking for – we can provide an estimate cost with only a few details.<\/p>

In fact, your customize cost will be cheap factory price, include material fee, plated selection,electroplated, stone fee and worker’s expenses etc..<\/p>
