We have a team of jewelry designers & flexible production line that will work with you to make your jewelry – whether you already know what you want, have a sample item, have a few general ideas, or really don’t know where to start.
We also know just how uncomfortable it can be to create your jewelry online when you don’t know a lot about it. There’s an overwhelming amount of information about metals,electroplates, stones, design styles, and more! To help bridge that gap, we strive to offer the best customer service. There are often many “right” options, so our job is to help you understand all the trade-offs so that you can make a well informed decision. We’ve done our job right when we help you find the best materials, options, and details for your budget.

Typically, your custom piece will be in your hands 15-20 days after we’ve finalized your design. However, because each project is different, the time it takes to complete your project may vary. Here’s a rough breakdown of how long each part of our process takes:
Diseño: As long as it takes for you to tell us it’s perfect
When it comes to creating your design, we’ll work at your pace. Some customers only need to exchange a few messages with us – we’ll often be ready to make their piece within a 15 days
Artículo de muestra: Aproximadamente 7-15 días
Once you’ve approved a design, we’ll make first sample item, finishing all the details by hand. When it’s ready, we’ll send you photographs of your finished piece so you can give us your seal of approval before we ship it to you.
Producción a granel: Aproximadamente de 2 a 6 semanas
Once you’ve feel okay that our sample item, we’ll bulk manufacture your piece.
Envío: 3-5 días
Enviamos paquetes internacionales a través de DHL o Fedex, uno de los servicios más rápidos disponibles. Dependiendo de la ubicación, los envíos internacionales a veces pueden sufrir retrasos en las aduanas locales para su inspección, lo que puede alargar el plazo de entrega.

In fact, your customize cost will be cheap factory price, include material fee, plated selection,electroplated, stone fee and worker’s expenses etc..
